Villa Noble, Goat Cheese with Pimentón de la Vera

7,20 11,50  IVA incl.

Villa Noble goat cheese is cured for 30 to 45 days. Pimentón de La Vera gives it a slightly smoky flavour that is very characteristic of this highly prized spice. It is made using freshly-milked milk from the Retinta breed of goat, which is pasteurised before maturing. The result is a cheese with a mild, slightly smoky flavour, tender and creamy, delicious on the palate. Its appearance is compact, with practically no eyes inside, with a whitish colour that contrasts with the rind covered with Pimentón de la Vera.
