Old goatherds´ goat cheeses inspire “Viejo Maestro”. This delicacy exceeds expectations of the discerning cheese lover because of the natural rind of whitish colour and edible. Viejo Maestro has a pleasant, mild flavour and lightly salted. In the mouth it is melting, soft with a persistent flavour of goat milk.
Soft, ivory-white cheese with an edible mouldy rind.
Before consumption, it is recommended that the product should be left to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
With white, barrel-fermented and oloroso wines.
Pasteurised goat milk, rennet, hardener calcium chloride, starter and salt.
Between +6ºC and +8ºC.
