One more year we were present at the XXVI International Cheese Fair in Trujillo from April 29 to May 2, which brought together more than 300 brands, including cheeses from the four Extremaduran Denominations of Origin (Torta del Casar, Queso de la Serena, Ibores and Acehúche), Spanish, Portuguese and European.

The attendees were able to taste all our cheeses and especially our Torta del Casar P.D.O. GRAN CASAR, which generated great expectation after it was declared the «Best Cheese in Spain» by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2021.
