It is ideal for pairing with young wines, fruity white wines, and full-bodied abbey-style beers.

Raw goat’s milk, rennet, and salt. Origin of milk: Spain.
Maturation:
60 days minimum.
Conservation and transport:
Between +6ºC and +8ºC.
Priority consumption date:
365 days from the date of production.
