Description:
Very creamy and melt-in-the-mouth soft sheep’s cheese with an inedible rind.
Recommendations:
Before consumption, it is recommended that the product should be left to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Pairing:
Young wines, fruity whites and full-bodied abbey-style beers.
Ingredients:
Raw sheep milk, natural vegetable rennet and salt.
Maturation:
Minimum 60 days.
Conservation and transport:
Between +6ºC and +10ºC.
Priority consumption date:
150 days after packaging.
