GRAN CASAR Torta del Casar PDO
– Soft sheep cheese very creamy and melting on the palate with inedible rind. Medium format.
VIEJO MAESTRO, goat cheese ripened with mold.
– Soft, ivory-white cheese with edible moldy rind. Mini format.
VILLA NOBLE, goat cheese with Paprika from La Vera.
– Ibores type cheese with pasteurized goat’s milk covered with Pimentón de la Vera. Mini format
Recommendations:
Before consumption, it is recommended that the product should be left to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Ingredients:
Gran Casar: raw sheep’s milk, natural vegetable rennet and salt.
Viejo Maestro: pasteurized goat’s milk, rennet, calcium chloride hardener, ferment and salt.
Villa Noble: pasteurized goat’s milk, rennet, calcium chloride hardener, ferments, salt and a minimum of 1% ground paprika
